Nice and cozy place in the centre of Yerevan with wide assortment on the menu, affordable prices and pleasant service. I've been visiting it quite regularly in the last 7 months and have always enjoyed this experience. To be honest, it's my go-to place whenever I am near Yeritasardakan.

Such a peaceful and quiet place to sit. Tiramisu is great, citrus lemonade was on spot. We got water either lemon as a treat. Me and my husband enjoyed the time spent here.

Unfortunately, the impressions of the visit remained negative. The service is at a very weak level. We waited for the menu for about 15 minutes, then for about the same time for our order to be accepted. In the end, we had to wait about 15 minutes again for the bill to arrive. One gets the feeling that there simply aren't enough staff — this is especially noticeable among the guests who are sitting outside, hardly paying attention to them. The dessert was also disappointing. A friend ordered berry tiramisu, but the berries turned out to be stale, and she felt sick. I don't want to go back with this service.

I was visiting once, on a non-working day, I ordered a berry cupcake. When ordering, it was informed that you need to wait 10-15 minutes, and the order was delivered within the specified time. I liked the delicate cream based on mascarpone and egg, which is also used to make tiramisu, served locally (I suppose). I also liked the balanced sour and berry sauce. The berries looked fresh. Perhaps these were the moments that preserved the overall taste of the dessert, as the taste and appearance of the original cupcakes disappointed. 🤔 The foam cakes turned out to be disproportionately thin in thickness, moist and burnt inside in places. There was also no exquisite sponge cake taste and appearance typical of a classic cupcake. You can view the recipe for making a foam cake and/or the cooking technology. The staff was polite and attentive, but I was distracted by their conversations in the hall, which sounded a little loud.

We are very disappointed with the visit. Everywhere (on the Internet and on the door) it is indicated that the establishment is open until 00:00. We went in at about 22:45, hoping to sit quietly. At 22:50-22:55, we received an order for desserts and drinks, there were no warnings about the imminent closure. However, immediately after that, the waitress returned with the terminal and informed them that they were closing at 23:00. To our question, they said that we could sit quietly. As a result, the order arrived at about 23:05, but at 23:31 we were asked to leave, although we did not even have time to finish our drinks. It was especially unpleasant that it was my birthday, and instead of a quiet evening, there was a feeling of haste and awkwardness. If we had been warned in advance about the closure, we simply would not have made the order. When asked why the opening hours were set to 00:00 and why they hadn't warned us in advance, we were told that they had a "new schedule" and they only worked until midnight when the hall was full. :(

I saw 5 stars – I went without a doubt. I ordered for $15, which is normal for Yerevan, but generally expensive. The salad was tasteless, bland vegetables, and tasteless hummus. It is also rubbed in strips, which is why it cannot be mixed. The soup is nothing, not wow, but good. Coffee. I ordered a raff – it's terribly sweet! I went to read the reviews, saw that someone asked to change to cappuccino, I also asked. Changed it, thanks. Cappuccino is also mediocre, the wrong temperature, almost tasteless... but at least you can drink for the sake of Justice, the staff is very caring, this is the only plus. Otherwise, it's not a coffee shop, of course. But!! As a result, the coffee was completely out of my account, it's nice that the customer orientation is present, so I raised it to a star higher.

The service was disgusting, we went to lunch, asked the waiter how long the soup and bruschetta would be cooked, he said ‘6-10 minutes’ As a result, in 45 minutes they brought nothing but desserts. She left angry and hungry . I chose the place and the dishes specifically to eat quickly. In 45 minutes, you can cook a new soup and bring it. The answer to every question about whether there will be food soon is ‘Now’. The dishes are not cleaned during the meal, and the tables are small. I don't recommend it. If you plan to have lunch there, leave the house in the morning, just in time to figure it out. (At the time of my departure, my food had not been brought, legend has it that it has not been brought yet)

Excellent, fast service, delicious food (we took soup, brie and soaked tiramisu with mango). 4 types of coffee, an amazing latte, a large mug of herbal tea. The waiter clarified the order in which to bring dishes and drinks, helped translate the Armenian inscription-a wish for coffee, at the end she treated them to water with mint and lemon in cups with uneven bottoms. There is only one toilet, small but clean, with funny statuses.

I don't understand why the rating is 5 stars. The music is too loud for me and the layout is inconvenient because you're sitting next to a noisy coffee machine. The savoyardi in Tiramisu was completely dry, and expectations were not fulfilled. The toilet smelled of sewage. Overall, it's a nice place, but I don't want to come for that kind of money anymore.

I usually liked going to this place, fast serving of dishes and delicious positions, interesting drinks and amazing tiramisu. After the last hike, they vowed to go again. For more than 40 minutes, we were served pancakes, while everything else (coffee and croissant) was taken out after 10 minutes. That is, for the pancakes (which we were not even told about the delay, we had to pull the waiters on our own), all the coffee was already cold. The pancakes themselves were barely warm, there was no big landing in the institution (we were the first to arrive at all), but the other guests who came after us were all taken out on time and faster than us. In addition, they mixed up tiramisu, asked for pistachio, and brought peanut butter. The logical question "why was there such a delay" was not answered clearly except "sorry."

Pleasant atmosphere, quiet unobtrusive music, friendly staff, helped to decide on tea, told about the assortment. I ordered a croissant with salted caramel. The croissant is absolutely delicious - tender and light, the caramel is very tasty, and I liked the tea. The place is clean, the toilet is also very clean without unpleasant "aromas" and with cute signs on the walls. 😊 It is very convenient that there is an outlet under each table. You can charge your phone, laptop, sit down to work. I will definitely come back here to try tiramisu according to an individual recipe - with ingredients to choose from (this is their chip). By the way, you can sit both indoors and outdoors. And what is important for me is that they don't smoke here!
