MobiCom is an excellent operator. The sellers in the salon, even using a translator, took a position in Mongolian or English, there were no other options. The guard was wonderful and knew Russian, which helped in purchasing a SIM card. The overall impression is positive, but I would like a little more customer-oriented. There are long queues, there is no board with numbers, and the queue number is pronounced exclusively in Mongolian. If you need a SIM card, it's better to contact the guy with the tablet in the same building, rather than standing in line.
