There is a constant queue with no end in sight. The madhouse is on Solnechny and Sovetskaya Streets. People don't know that there are practically no queues at the ISS office for Demekhin and the services are the same. I wanted to buy a starter package on Solnechny, so they asked me to join the queue 162nd on the list. Think about it yourself - madhouse is just the right word.

Unprofessional service. They don't even wear badges. The counseling is disgusting and arrogant. And, as it turned out, they are not doing their job: if all the documents of the subscriber are available, the Public Services show that the number has not been issued for 4 months and there is no contract. So, nothing has been done.

I am very disappointed with the service and the staff of the office in Bryanka. They came with a question about the phone number, but instead of helping, they said that the SIM card was allegedly not issued to us. Instead of trying to figure out the situation, the staff issued a new SIM card, assuring us that there was no other way, since the SIM card was not issued to us. The next day, it turned out that the SIM card was still issued to us and was valid - it was just that the staff misunderstood and did not even try to check or explain that an error had occurred. It seems that illiterate specialists are working who are only interested in "imposing a service" (in this case, a new SIM card), how to really help the client!!! It is very unpleasant that I had to waste time, nerves, and money due to the negligence of the staff!
