The ventilation system is a separate song. She hasn't brought anything but problems yet. The developer reacts sluggishly to the comments. Overall, it's a huge disappointment to buy an apartment. I'll add: the developer promised sound insulation of the apartments, in fact, the neighbors are perfectly audible from all sides, above and below. Moreover, not only loud music, but also ordinary conversations.
