Hello! I visited this store several times and more than once came across the boorish behavior of the young staff. If unhappy faces, sighs, and gasps can still be endured, then sometimes their cheeky behavior goes beyond all bounds. There was a situation when an online order was placed, but the girl at the checkout couldn't find it on her computer and, with a dissatisfied click, snatched the phone out of my hands. I recently had the "pleasure" of visiting this store again, but the displeased expressions on their faces have not disappeared, as well as the disgusted looks at the visitors, which greatly discourages the desire to visit this place! As a person who has worked in the field of trade, I am well aware that the job is not easy, but this is not a reason to behave so abominably with people.

It's not the first time I've been to this store over the past year. And, to be honest, I have a strong impression that it is better to be patient and go to Megatop in any other city. What's wrong: First and most importantly, there is rudeness, incompetence and familiarity on the part of young employees, especially when dealing with clients under the age of 30. From my observations, the younger the customer, the more free-spirited the sellers allow themselves. Although with older customers, some allow themselves to do this. For example, a girl with dyed blonde hair allows herself to be rude, to roll her eyes in response to basic requests, and this is not an isolated case. No one requires you to bow or greet them when entering the store. But when you simply can't clarify information or ask a question, because the employees' faces show a complete unwillingness to interact, this is already an indicator. They show outright indifference to work and clients. I would even say that it is an outright unwillingness to help and do your job. I don't know what the store's policy is regarding issuing orders, but standing in a queue of 5 people for 20 minutes just to try on shoes is not normal. Why 20 minutes? Because one girl was working at the checkout with the speed of a sloth, and the second one just went to the back room. Although I could have stayed and helped with the service, as they do in most stores when there is a queue at the checkout. I repeat, there were only 5 people in front of me, but the queue continued to grow behind me. There were no employees in the hall at all. It is impossible to ask for help or even find someone. Of course, no one will go out of line to ask for or receive something. I repeat: when I came across 30+ employees in the past, there were no such problems at all. Secondly, the dirt in the store. And it's not about shoe marks that customers bring in during the day. Pieces of boxes, silica gel, and pieces of paper are scattered on the floor. Shoe spoons — either they are not there, or they are lying around somewhere. The store looks unpleasant. I'm not going to say that this happens all the time, but this time it reached some kind of climax, it was just unpleasant to try on shoes in such conditions. At the moment, this is the worst "Megatop" I've been to. Maybe people just don't complain because they don't want the store to close. I really hope that someone will do the work with the staff and the manager. If there is one, of course.
