Like, the client is to blame for wasting his time, choosing, and now let him take it at full price, since that's the case, the manager is not responsible for anything. No help, no apologies, nothing. Just know that you will not buy things, and the help will only come from the cashiers and employees of the hall, but not from this lady. Which should solve such issues on the spot.
