We like the brand itself, but we appreciate a particular store for their "customer orientation". There was a problem with the card and there was no Internet in the Republic of Belarus (we were passing through), and for payment it was necessary to log into the bank's application. There is Wi-fi in the store, but the manager did not refuse us, but began to say that she was forbidden to give the password to customers, and after that she said that she did not have a password. In general, I think this lady is a good warehouse manager, but not a representative of such a Healthy Belarusian brand. Judging by her communication with people, it's hard for her to work.
