My wife bought headphones in a magnet (Nesvizh), did not like the sound quality I came to the store with a receipt and a perfect package the next day with a request to make a refund, to which I received a refusal from the staff with a cynical speech..It was unpleasant!!! They referred to the fact that I do not know the law!!! Although she warned them that the law knows, and that I have the right to return the headphones within 14 days of purchase if I have a receipt, even if I did not like the color. Sad attitude towards the client!
