I wanted to buy a headphone amplifier, well, yes, I thought it was a simple task nowadays. Anyway. I called more than once, but I didn't get through; although it was a working day on the website, they were either reset or not answered. I left a request on the website through the "buy in one click" button - silence ... no response, no greetings, well, it's not needed anymore, I waited half a day - not even a hint of a call (actually, because of this attitude, you lose customers). As a result, I had to quickly search the Internet in search of at least someone, and, fortunately, I found another store, and, surprisingly, I got through - the order was placed and picked up within an hour (suddenly, and so you can work). THE VERDICT Customer orientation is zero. An almost disrupted holiday, torn nerves. Wasted time. So much for the service in 2024. P.S. I rarely give bad grades. It's the first time I've scored one star, but I think it's well deserved!
