I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only rude, but one attempted to overcharge me by adding 50,000 rubles to the room rate. Thank goodness I had printed my booking confirmation to expose their deceit. The concierge, a blonde man with glasses, was equally unpleasant. He displayed blatant racism, treating Arab guests rudely while showing preferential treatment to European visitors. Moreover, he walked away mid-conversation to attend to other guests, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Additionally, the exchange company affiliated with them stole 10,000 QR from me, conveniently omitting any record of the transaction on paper. The receptionist even joined in mocking me when I confronted them about the theft. Sadly, it seems this dishonesty extends to other guests, as another family was also robbed of 10,000 Dirhams. Avoid this place at all costs.
