The guest apartment is a three-room apartment located on the fourth floor of the building. Unfortunately, the living conditions leave much to be desired: a shared shower, toilet and kitchen create the feeling of a communal apartment. The constant noise and movement of people make the stay uncomfortable and exhausting. However, there are some positive aspects among the disadvantages. Firstly, the opportunity to book a room for only five hours turned out to be very convenient, as it helped to avoid a long wait for a flight at the airport or wandering around the city. Secondly, the low cost of rent (only 3,500 rubles) allows you to save money, which is important for travelers on a tight budget. Finally, the location near the railway station and the city center provides easy access to many attractions and transport hubs. In general, this guest apartment is suitable only for those who need a quick overnight stay and save money, despite the inconveniences associated with the living conditions.

At least the bedside lamp was missing. - It's loud. The windows overlook the roadway, where trucks and trains rumble. - It's stuffy. The windows are high to the southeast, the sun is warming. There is no air conditioning, the curtains are translucent. - It's greasy. The common areas are not overtly dirty, but the chemistry has never touched them: greasy, with streaks. It's very unpleasant to touch everything. Taking a shower is agony. - It's stale. The freshness of the bed linen and towels is questionable. It smells questionable.
