11.12 I came across an incredible employee. Who not only cooked delicious raf, but also communicated so politely and pleasantly. That it is impossible to leave in a bad mood. Plus, while I was sitting, I noticed how the girl copes with the workload perfectly. Immediately warns that he will finish the order and will come to accept the next one (this is the most correct approach) And a separate plus for me, not only cinnamon is available, but also chocolate (not all coffee shops have it) The service is excellent and everything is delicious! 😍

I always bought delicious coffee, everything was fine. Today, on 07/18/2025, we arrived at the point, we wanted to place an order, and the barista stood silently and prepared for closing. Everything would be fine, but the schedule says that they work until 21:00, and we arrived at 20:20. And they would have stood there for a long time if I hadn't decided to ask if they were working. When they start working normally, I will correct the assessment.

I used to come here for coffee from time to time. At first, everything was fine, especially when there was a barista guy. Then the jokes started, in terms of paying for an author's drink for 9 rubles and as a result you get an ice latte. Because some topping or parcel has ended, the trouble is that the barista guy doesn't warn about it, doesn't offer to replace the missing ingredients, but just stands there and smiles. I worked as a barista myself for two years, but for some reason I didn't give a damn about customers and sales. If it's so bad for him to work here that he doesn't put visitors in anything, then let him quit. Of course, I won't make a cash register for you, but at least have a conversation with the barista about being honest with people.
