On the downside: sometimes there is a big problem with the lack of baskets, while there are whole stacks of them under the cash register. It's not easy to get to the cash register for an empty basket because of the queue, while there are employees in the hall, and there is no one to roll out stacks of baskets at the entrance. The organization of work processes has been brought to the point of absurdity - secondary tasks are performed urgently, primary ones last.
