We had a vacation in Colchis in July 2025. I got the 11th floor. Direct view of the sea. Everything was great. The lights went off a couple of times for a short time. There was always hot and cold water. Cleaning is certainly so-so. Dust in the corners. But this is a human factor. The vacation in Colchis itself was amazing. Everything was working fine. The room is renovated and has a balcony.
