My son loves this place, we often come here with friends. GEL 25 entry for an unlimited amount of time, it seems to me that the conditions are very good, the children have somewhere to run and run wild. There is also a waiting area for parents and an area with slot machines. And here there are nuances. Slot machines often break down (there are some permanently broken ones, like a motorcycle without one handle), money is debited and you need to go to the administrator and ask them to pay with a card. There are few staff, it is not clear why not hire at least one more person for busy days. Therefore, it took a long time to wait for the order, and we were reminded several times that it had not been delivered. The staff at the reception desk then stand in the kitchen and at the cash register in the bar. It is unclear who is responsible for what. Also, the last time we and the children were poisoned by something from the food (nuggets, most likely, or pizza). We didn't eat anything after that, and I felt sick. We suffered all night. Before that, everything was always fine. In general, I would give the place something between 3 and 4 points, they say that in the beginning, after the opening, it was closer to 5, unfortunately now it is closer to 3 stars. Hopefully I'll come back in time and write a good review)

Today we celebrated a birthday in this game center. From + there is a small entertainment center for children, there are various paid slot machines and a small playground for small children. We ordered a children's table according to the menu at 16.00, the children were invited by 15.00. When we arrived, to our surprise, the table was already set and all the food was cold, which already spoiled the mood. They asked me to clean up and bring everything hot by 4 p.m., as previously agreed. As a result, the burgers and pizza were not freshly prepared, but warmed up, which the children did not eat, they did not like the taste and filling. Salads waited for 20 minutes, pizza for adults did not wait. It's better to pick up the drinks yourself- it will be faster, dirty dishes are not taken away, even napkins had to wait and ask 2 times. The locker room is a mess, everything is filled with cardboard figures and it is difficult to get to your outerwear on the hanger. The receptionist, the girl, and the waitress left an impression of detachment and indifference to customers. I got the impression that the work was not about quality, but about flow.... I will not recommend this place for the holidays. But you can just spend time with the kids.

She answers why, everything is working, ask there (shows at the reception). I say, there's no one there. She says, oh, well, she's downstairs, she'll be right there. We didn't wait for anyone (although there are also questions here), because breathing chlorine is a huge harm to health, especially for children. Chlorine is a toxic gas that affects the central nervous system. Why the management and staff choose to do wet cleaning with this dangerous element in the midst of the work of the children's center is a big question, to put it mildly. The Center requires verification by the relevant authorities.
