On 06/09/2025 at about 21:45, we were standing at the ticket offices, but they were closed. For more than 10 minutes, not a single employee informed us that the cash registers would no longer work and did not direct us to the self-service cash registers. Only some time later, one of the employees reported that the cashiers would no longer open, allegedly due to the end of the cashiers' working day. During this time, a large queue of dissatisfied customers formed at the ticket offices. I ask you to ensure a clear organization of staff activities, especially in situations related to the termination of the cash register, as well as to train employees to inform visitors in a timely manner in such situations.
