We ordered through a self-service terminal, but at the end of the payment we did not receive a check, as the check tape ran out, well, that's half the trouble, because we waited for the order from 15 to 25 minutes, while waiting we watched the work of the staff, 2 people from the entire staff understood and knew what to do, the rest wandered back and forth like lost. Foreigners are a different story, one of them walked around with a bloody nose. FINALLY, our order number is announced, the package is ordinary craft, not branded, thank God they put everything right, the potatoes are hot, because they were taken out of the deep fryer and put to us, thanks for that, BUT what was found in the cheeseburger cannot be explained. Of course, I understand everything, this is not a deluxe and not a burger priced at 10p +, but to call strips what is in the cheeseburger, I can not turn my tongue.

The worst experience of being in this food network. 1. You can not buy sauces, only in combos, which they are already going to, there have never been any problems with this in other CFS 2. There were at most 2-3 people in the hall, so we decided to quickly stop by for a snack, as a result, we waited for the order for 30 minutes, after which we were informed that there were no ingredients for our order. 3. I had to beg for a refund for 10 minutes, they said many times that a refund was impossible, although this was nonsense. 4. Literally a minute after placing an order, my number disappeared from the scoreboard, I had to go find out what was with the order, they told me to wait. It's completely inconvenient to monitor the counter and visually search for your order, and the scoreboard was designed to avoid this. 5. While we were sitting, literally 3-4 people came in and they were given orders right away, it was very unpleasant. 6. The tables were greasy, sticky and covered in crumbs, and no one had cleaned them in the 40 minutes we spent there. This is the first time in my life that I've been so outraged, and I've also had no apologies for waiting or for any of the above.
