They ordered 5 coupons for 5.50, instead of a twister, they put rings instead of nuggets without asking. My friend didn't even get any potatoes, just onion rings. We also took twisters separately for 15 rubles for 2 pcs. Everything is falling apart, the oil seems to be flowing out of them. We took a coupon for 26 rubles with 2 drinks, 2 burgers, 2 potatoes and 2 sauces. 2 stars for the fact that the burgers, which usually cost 8.50, contain so few ingredients that they simply do not feel. They threw in some scraps and supposedly here's a salad and the rest, but there's just a couple of lines from this salad, the cheese is almost the same. The bun is softened, the potatoes are not crispy. In addition, it was ordered on the spot, given in a takeaway package. And it's not the first time I've seen this in the KFS, in principle, and it seems like they make "dishes" more modest than to eat in the hall.

We made an order with a friend on 11/29/2025, the order was placed at the self-service kiosk at 23:09:28 (I will attach a photo of the receipt), the order was given to us at about 23:50. After 40 minutes!! I understand there would have been queues, but there were no people either, and maybe there was some kind of delivery, but are there really 4 employees (that's how many I saw) couldn't handle an almost empty restaurant?? (a photo of the hall is attached, it's always been like this, not many people came in. ) The most annoying thing is that most likely the burgers and stuff were ready, they just didn't give them away, ignoring our order. Why do I think that? I will attach a photo of the order. The potatoes are dry, they obviously stood for more than 5-10 minutes, which is why they dried up, so they are not salty either. Drinks 2 pieces of 0.4. , non-alcoholic, Burgers: Singer and Singer De Luxe. 1. There are strips instead of fillets 2. The strips are not even sharp, but original. 3. There is no bacon 4. The bun is torn, there were 2 strips in mine, one was just broken or bitten off, I don't even know. 5. The cost of 9:20 and 9:70, do you think it's okay to pay almost 10 rubles for something like this??? So no one even called to tell me at least about how long to wait! Maybe if they hadn't come up, they would have forgotten about the order altogether. She approached CSR, didn't see her anymore, and the guy behind the counter, the cashier, was a collector. 100% without a badge. It's a terrible place, terrible staff, prices are too high for the ratio of waiting for an order and what was given, it's just some kind of slag, I do not know how to describe an order for 62 rubles and 30 kopecks, well, it pulls 10 rubles maximum in total I wrote to the VK group, but they haven't been able to resolve this issue since November 30.
