I ordered it through the app. I would like the French fries to be packaged separately, rather than together with the wings, so it would be more convenient to eat the dish. There were also no napkins in the order, perhaps they forgot to put them in. The delivery took about an hour. Separately, I would like to mention the moment with the replacement of the order. The "Frequently Asked Questions" section on the website states that you can change the order at any stage before the courier leaves the store. But when I called the call center with a request to replace the order, they told me that this could not be done, since the payment had already passed. It turns out to be a contradiction: the rules say one thing, but in fact everything is different.

The food is good compared to other branches in the city, but the cashiers are rude, they don't report the food, and they often confuse orders for spicy with original, even when the queue is relatively small, it takes a very long time to wait for orders, etc. Problems force them to give no more than two stars purely because of the food.
