We recently visited the institution and were left with mixed impressions. One of the disadvantages: the chicken was undercooked — dampness is visible in places, which is unacceptable. It also turned out to be very salty: it was felt in the legs, in the burger, and in the twister. The onion was overcooked, with a burnt taste, and it looked like the oil hadn't been changed for a long time, and this noticeably spoils the taste of the dishes. On the plus side: the French fries are very tasty and rustic — crispy and fragrant. The burger was pleased with the fresh and soft bun, as well as the rest of the filling — if it hadn't been for the chicken and onion, the impression would have been much better. The room is clean, everything is neat, the service is fast and courteous — I give 2 stars for this. I hope that the quality of the chicken and the cooking of the onion will be reviewed, because otherwise the restaurant has potential.

We visited this institution several times in the company of friends. It's the same thing every time. The staff is super passive-aggressive. The receipt never pops up on the terminal. The tables are all dirty. The bins are always full. There's a lot of trash under the tables in the hall. Visually, when you pick up an order, it's like a tornado has passed through the kitchen: potatoes, nuggets and all sorts of other products are lying on the floor. The restrooms are dirty, and the water faucet doesn't work in one of them. The potatoes and strips were served lying down. Although there was no "fuss" at that moment, it would have been possible to send an employee to clean at least the tables. Administration, take action, otherwise you will lose guests.

Since the opening of KFC in Fanipol, there have been some negative aspects that have not been resolved in any way. Initially, I thought that it would take time to build up and grind the team, but 3.5 months later, something has not changed much.: 1) The product quality depends on the shift. One day everything is quite tasty, and the other day the meat in the burgers is dry, and the potatoes are raw and it is clear that the volume is less than the required, etc. 2) The vending machines do not work correctly: sometimes they hang up altogether, and the receipt tape has been stuck since the opening day, so the problem has not been solved yet. I only encounter such a nuance in this CFS. Either the machines are defective, or the staff is filling the check tape incorrectly. 3) At each visit, the same situation was observed: the tables were dirty, the trash containers were overflowing. 4) The staff is often indifferent to visitors, they either do not know the answer to any questions that arise, or they do not want to solve them (there are many young employees who should be told that visitors did not come to their house, but to a catering establishment for money). The order sometimes gets confused or "forgets" to put the ordered items. These are my observations during the three months of visiting this CFS. Otherwise, it's more or less quiet in the establishment, there aren't many people on weekdays, and if you're lucky, the food will be delicious. I would like the quality of service to improve and the establishment to work in Fanipol for a long time.
