Terrible cooking quality. Milk shake syrup, it is impossible to drink it. Cola is diluted. The potatoes are raw. Twister is not tasty (I don't know how it could be assembled like that, but you eat half of it on one flatbread - by the way, it's also tasteless in itself), the chicken in it is not fresh, the mash is concentrated in one place. The pitch is long. In general, there is nothing good to say.

I did not expect specifically from the network of this institution that my opinion would turn into a negative review. I've always been very happy with the restaurants of this chain, but it was in this shopping center that he disappointed me very much. A person at the assembly runs from the cash register, then from the counter to collect orders or to drinks. other chk and mng walk around and have zero reactions. They keep walking and walking. The trays ran out. although I didn't see any people with trays at all. I had to remind them to give me a simple drink order. I understand perfectly well that all orders are in the order of the queue, but still it is better to give a quick and easy order, so as not to fool yourself. the potatoes were completely spread out inside the bag. the buns were obviously overheated and the bean may have turned off only at the very end, although when it should turn off depends on its heating state. I am extremely unhappy and hope that everything will return to normal.

We ordered two twisters according to the coupon: one is sharp, and the other is not. They were given without any designation, where is sharp and where is not, and to the question "where is which?" they replied to unpack and see which strips. The employee said that the packages had run out - nothing happens, but at least some designating properties can be attached? Should I put some kind of sticker on it? Also, the strips in the order were not sharp, but original. Please do your job efficiently, you get paid for it.
