We visited this place tonight. We made several orders, we were a big group. They forgot to make one order, waited a long time, had to go figure it out, figured it out, started doing it. All this time, the others were waiting for us to get it done. Then, absolutely everyone, 9 people, agreed that it was tasteless, salty and dry. It is impossible to eat without drinks at all. Wasted time, money, and mood. We're not coming here anymore. Cleanliness in the hall at 3. Some kind of abnormal creepy rock was playing in the kitchen. Unpleasant.

The machines freeze. My order flew off and I had to wait even longer, the waiting time was about 40 minutes. I watched at least 5 orders get screwed up before my eyes (either they were put in the wrong place, or the package was completely wrong). I had nuggets in my order instead of onion rings, but the child was very hungry, so they didn't change them. It's cold in the hall, and the entrance doors are constantly opening on both sides. They accept the payment, then they collect the orders with the same hands without gloves. So I don't recommend it.

Well, let's start with the staff: they have quite good staff who really understand the menu. How did I figure that out? I ordered a drink that few people know about, but nevertheless it is worthy of attention, and although almost no one orders it, because no one knows about it, the employee understood me the first time and I got exactly what I wanted. Namely, there is such an item on the menu as sprite with syrups, there are 2 of them to choose from: berry and mojito syrup. The waiting time is acceptable - I had a fairly large order (I was there with a friend), it was done in 7 minutes, the interior is very good, I also want to note that the institution is constantly evolving, something new is constantly appearing, both in the menu and in the KFC itself. In general, one should not have expected anything else from KFC in the very center of the city.
