I recently visited KFC and was satisfied with the service and the taste of the dishes. The food was fresh, and I especially liked the crispy wings and French fries, which were hot and had a delicious crust. The staff was polite, the order was prepared quickly, without mistakes. The room was clean and cozy, the tables were cleaned on time. The only thing I would like to improve is the portion size in some combo sets, they could be a little larger.

I visit here often, but the service has noticeably deteriorated recently. There is a long wait, the staff does not have time, orders are confused. I think the problem is the lack of staff. I would like the management to set up the work.

The worst point of the CFS, where I ate. Something always doesn't work, the staff is incompetent. Fast food, but very often you wait for 30-40min, and in the end you eat cold food.
