I bought tiles for the bathroom and toilet. The staff was polite and helped with the selection. The choice of color suits every taste, so the necessary model was quickly found. But the big issues with the calculation of tiles ... were calculated so that there was not enough for almost an ENTIRE wall in the bathroom (and that's about 7 pieces of tiles), although they assured that it would be enough with a margin. I had to buy more in another store, since my tile model was already custom-made in Keramin... this fact was extremely disappointing.

I really liked the salon at Uruchskaya 21 - beautiful, spacious, with a good selection of tiles, furniture and ceramics. This is where we found the tile of our dreams. Dear customers.Pay attention to the prices of the product and in the receipt.Personally, I was not given a discount on the product.I found it at home because the samples and prices were photographed.Trusting a proet-design specialist, there are a lot of whole tiles in the remainder after installation.I wanted to resolve the issue with the refund, but they refused me, because my request was addressed after 14 days.For a number of objective reasons, I could not complete the work within 14 days.Now the remaining tiles, which will be enough for another 2/3 of the wall, will not be in demand.When working with this organization, I counted on professionalism and flexibility when working with the consumer, but in the end I got a disregard for solving the issue.
