Elena is a very helpful perosn here. She speaks fluent English and that was great for me. She is ready to give her full attention and time to help customers. I had an issue in placing my order and she spend more than half an hour to fit all what i wanted to order. Meanwhile, she was giving all the attention to each customer who was coming while she was helping me. She greets each one with a big welcoming smile and always says ( goodbye) to each with agian a smile on her face and eyes. Сотрудники хорошие, обслуживание быстрое, есть примерочная. Ну и сам казанбь экспресс довольно приятный маркетплейс для покупателя. Именно у этой точки выдачи абсолютно неудобное расположение. Рядом зона запрета остановки, парковка возле домов часто забита. И если заказать объёмные вещи то тащить придётся или на руках.
