I gave it 3 stars just because they didn't want to serve me. There is a bell on every table for visitors, so I pressed it 10 times, but they didn't pay any attention to me, although the locals who came later were already served.I barely slowed down one waiter to take the order. I served it quickly, the pilaf was delicious, the portion was large, the price was decent. But... the waiter did not bring me the change, I waited a long time for him, then I had to go figure it out. The impression was that Russians are not liked.

We came to visit Astana, went to this place. A cloakroom attendant greeted him at the entrance. We went into the hall and sat down at a table. They pressed the bell and tried to attract the attention of the waiters. We sat for 30 minutes. and no one came up. When we left, we had to go to the cloakroom ourselves and pick up our things. That's how they answered us < that there is no cloakroom attendant and we will have to pick up the things ourselves>. What can I say? Pilaf can be delicious, but it's a pity that it's just in words!
