The capybara will definitely not disappoint you. I would especially like to highlight the pizza with Ranch sauce. It would seem to be a classic dish, but here it is served with an unexpected twist: the sauce turns every bite into an event, balancing between creamy tenderness and light spice. A special treat is the delicate dough, soft.It seems to emphasize the taste of the filling, not arguing with it, but helping to open up. Pizza literally melts in your mouth. It feels like Capybara is taking things seriously, and even ordering a takeaway is a real gastronomic pleasure. I will definitely come back for a new portion!
