Kirovskie smazhenki is a gastronomic brand of the district. Belarusian guides always praise them very much and tell us how whole buses of 40 people pick them up. One day, while in Kirov region, I also went to try it on purpose! Indeed, all the time that I was in the cafe, the queue for the tarts was observed by 5-7 people steadily. I sampled 6 different types of buttermilk. But I really liked only one – with chicken (minced meat) and tomato. I would have taken it somehow else.
