A great restaurant! The four of us had a great lunch for 90 lari. We ordered 4 servings of goruli (Gori cutlets and side dish), ostri soup with shorty, Georgian salad (vegetables with crushed walnuts), and phali. And it was incredibly delicious! The portions, especially the goruli, are simply huge, one person per eye! The cutlets are very juicy, soft, just wow! The salad is also beyond praise, very tender. The service is fast, the waitress is polite, courteous, prompted and explained everything. They charge +10% to the service receipt, but it's really worth it. In general, it's a great place, I definitely recommend it!

There are few places in Gori where you want to return just because of the feeling, and not because of the cuisine. "Joseph" is one of those. The atmosphere is calm, warm, without ostentatious chic. Here you can sit down, exhale and really eat. The food is simple, but with character. Everything is fresh, generous, Georgian. Juicy khinkali, khachapuri with stretching cheese, ribs — as if only from the grill. Even vegetables are not for show, but with taste, with nuts, with soul. The portions are large, and sharing is a pleasure. The staff is polite, doesn't fuss, but also doesn't get lost. Sometimes something from the menu is not available, but it is not critical - the choice is still wide. The interior is uncomplicated, but cozy and clean. It's especially pleasant in the evening — dim lights, conversations, the smell of food, as if visiting friends. A good place for those who like to eat without a pose, just delicious and homey.
