Add a little salt to the honey. It has always been convenient to use, because there is an office within walking distance so that you can pay for services. Because before the price increase, there was a stable speed and price-quality ratio. But for 100 megabits, 800 rubles? Well I do not know. Support. We practically do not use it, but we promptly solved problems if they arise. Of course, you can't take that away, politely. Office. I can't say anything in particular, because we applied only to conclude contracts and pay for services. And now why am I writing all this here. I am incredibly annoyed by the fact that I cannot pay for services online. If the office is closed, then everything is gone. Once on New Year's Eve, we were left without Internet for a week, having forgotten to pay for a month in advance. They say here that you can pay online by logging into your personal account. In fact? It is impossible to pay through the Payberry application, as indicated on the official website, I tried to do this from two devices.Log in to your personal account to take out credit days? Also no, it just doesn't load the page. Previously, if you pay in the middle of the month, the Internet was cut off from the first day of the next, and the money was taken from you for the full month.

I will update the review about the ISP -HOST provider. All that I tell you and note further is only my personal experience of using this provider. Without any claims to the "ultimate truth". Straight to the point, point by point. Positive + There is a personal account in the form of a website. + The site is more than modern, simple and clear in appearance. + There is a service center. + There is a 200mb/s tariff. + SMS notification: both on the balance (receipts) and on those. jobs. + They sell used GD900 components and thermal pastes. +- Previously, technical support (until October 2025) worked fine and the phone was picked up. + Optics in the house. + White IP 200₽/1 month. + Payment by card and cash. + A good employee is sitting at the reception of the Internet payment. + You can pay without a book / personal account (if you get to a normal employee). + IPTV for free, a separate IPTV portal application. + Captive portal: a notification that your personal account is empty when you try to access any website, but there is no money. + The stated speed is generally there (in Russia, Belarus and a couple of neighboring countries), but there are a lot of hops - because of this, the ping to the "far" Internet is significantly higher. Note: The usual cheap GePon terminal for optics. Minuses: -Only one upstream (Ugletelecom) according to BGP data. In fact, there are no peers, except for Ugletelecom, and that's it. -Blocking the client router at the admin level (an unpleasant topic). -CG-NAT network, PPPoE authorization. -Buying a white IP = feels like "not exactly your IP" in the usual sense, because authorization is still via PPPoE, and the first hops are a provider network. If the router is disabled, the white IP can still respond. -The output twisted pair from the terminal is made disgustingly: they write Cat5e on the cable, in fact there are 4 cores instead of 8 (and 4 are also compressed, because there are no more stupid ones). -The password for controlling the router is given only when you buy a white IP. -IB left the chat: the same 8-character password, with 7 digits and 1 Eng. the letter is in a random place. I understood it from my password and from several other people - a reason to think (if an ISP-HOST employee is reading). This password is used for Wi‑Fi, for logging in to the PC, and for the PPPoE session. -IP (i.e. login) in PPPoE = your IP in the provider's CG-NAT network (and yes, even if you took a white IP). Similarly, with the login in the LC, there is also the same CG-NAT IP. -Cheating/turbidity on twisted pair, including "custom crimping" from the provider: in fact, this is the same story as with GePon - Cat5e on 4 cores, and that's it. That is, there is no 1gb/s, only 100mb/s. 25₽/1 meter Cat5e (four cores welcome you) -Earlier (in 2022), the service center could not flash the phone: they said "they did not find the firmware for your phone" (Redmi on MTK, the phone was in a brick), while they "looked" for 1-2 weeks and did nothing. It may have changed now, but the sediment remains. -The service center charged 500 rubles for lubricating the cooler on the PSU as for a comprehensive cleaning of the computer, while the computer was not cleaned - they simply lubricated the cooler (a story from an acquaintance). -Since October (2025), technical support has stopped responding / picking up the phone, often unavailable. - Boorish treatment of pensioners by tech support. There was a case of blocking a number at tech support so that a person would not call. (A story from my family: The Internet is not working well/ not working.). Plus, according to the same story: they asked by phone to make an application so that they could come to their loved one and do everything - the result: the masters did not come for 2-3 weeks, and the technical support fed "specialists are busy / not there," although they had previously given an approximate date. (According to a relative.) -There was too much "interrogation" from the masters/network engineers in the office when they were interested in the 200mb/s tariff: "Why do you need 200mb/s?", "what router, the exact model?", "are you our customer?", "your address?", "how many devices and which ones?" etc. It looks like the tariff is "for show", despite the fact that the price tag is 200mb/s - 900₽/month, and 100mb/s (I used it myself) - 650₽/month. -There is no IPv6 (it is clear that the regional history, but the fact is a fact). An ambiguous negative and a strange situation (according to my observations): On October 12, 2025, problems with the Internet began (both for me and for many): especially on foreign websites/servers. I have proof. Since October 12, I've been trying to call tech support almost every day: they didn't pick up the phone, they were "unavailable", or the subscriber was busy. It felt like it was going through stages: DNS problems started (sometimes it was stupid, sometimes it hurt), ping increased, UDP behaved very badly (calls / services that were tied to UDP often fell apart), in some places some applications/ connections simply did not work for hours. On October 17th, they officially said that "DDoS started on October 17th," although in fact people's problems started earlier (for me, for sure). We talked about DDoS on FTICOM operators and Ugletelecom. According to my tests, it looked not like a "typical DDoS", but like some kind of severe instability/restrictions at the network level (and in some places even the sites of the Russian Federation barely loaded). It lasted massively from about October 12 to November 15, 2025. On November 16, I left for another provider. For comparison, at another local provider with FTICOM, this story lasted about 7-12 days, then it became normal. But the ISP-HOST (with Ugletelecom) did not, it took noticeably longer. At the same time, everything was fine on the mobile Internet (where the supplier is also Ugletelecom), which is also strange. According to BGP, there was a path through GlobalNet AS31500 marked DDoS mitigation between AS Ugletelecom and tier‑1 providers (I didn't really see any alternatives along the routes). During the "drawdowns", it happened that some messengers worked relatively stably, but there were problems with regular traffic/connections. During the "alleged DDoS", my ports did not open at all in some places: neither TCP nor UDP. I also wrote this to the provider by e‑mail, because it was already impossible to get through to tech support for 4-5 days. Result: Do I recommend it? 50/50. For the regular Internet - approx. For games, it's also 50/50 (it depends on where you're playing and how important ping/routes are). For enthusiasts like me, no, I don't recommend it, there are too many controversial and unpleasant moments.

There is always no Internet, technical support on the site should be 24/7, but in fact the operator's phone turns off in the evening. But you can understand when absolutely all subscribers don't have the Internet, there are probably a lot of calls, you don't want to answer the same thing a hundred times. They don't normally explain what their problem is, and the support operator's voice is rude and boorish. They justify themselves by saying that the BACKBONE provider is being fucked up, of course I understand everything, but what kind of provider is there. Other providers in the city are doing well, but they are doing poorly. It's disappointing.
