It's not the first time we've had an analysis at invitro, but today it was just awful, I can't understand why in other laboratories the staff manages to work at the reception and take the analysis faster. There were 4 people in front of us and we stayed more than an hour, it seems to me that for such a company with such prices, the service should be a cut above.
