We have had tests at this center many times, and the staff has always been highly professional. On June 6, my daughter and I came to take a blood test once again. Nurse (middle-aged brunette) I couldn't take a blood test from a 12-year-old girl. First, she sent me to drink water and wait, supposedly there were no visible veins. Then I made 2 attempts in different places and both failed: I couldn't get into a vein and there wasn't enough blood for analysis. This is not the first time my daughter has been tested at this center, but it was the first time.As a result: late for work and the child is in tears from the pain in his veins. Next, the receptionist (a young girl with glasses, very pleasant in communication) came up and offered to do the analysis for the third time. I did everything perfectly in a minute, without pain. But I don't want to run into the first nurse at the center anymore. I don't know if I'll come here again. That's how the center can lose its clients due to the lack of professionalism of individual staff.
