I do not recommend the Impulse Vet clinic, Chilanzar branch. I took my cat there for a haircut – as a result, he got lichen. After the first signs, I went to the doctor, but received an answer that it was "a simple irritation." They didn't even do a basic inspection with a lamp. At another vet clinic, the diagnosis was confirmed as lichen, and it's good that they turned in on time and did not continue to take the pet to Impulse Vet. Everything was fine before the visit. It is obvious that the assistance was provided unprofessionally or with gross violations. Instead of treatment, we got a deterioration in the animal's condition and suffering. The clinic staff did not explain the possible consequences, did not warn about the risks, and, judging by the result, did not monitor the condition after the procedure.
