The status, according to visualization, did not correspond to the fact that the order was actually at the pick-up point. In addition, I did not receive any notification of delivery via SMS or other means. On December 23, 25, I arrived at the Yandex.Market delivery point, but the parcel was no longer there. In support (a chatbot on the website and the only way to contact the company) I was told that the 7-day shelf life of the order had expired and it was sent back (it turns out on 12/20/25). Neither I nor the sender received any notification about this. Neither by mail, nor by phone number, nor displayed in the status. I agreed with the operator that as soon as the order arrives at the warehouse, it will be sent back, for which I thank them very much. Since 19.01.26, I have been writing to their support chat once every 2 days (by the way, the only communication channel through which they respond). Every time I get a response like "Let's clarify the information" and that's the end of it. On 02/05/26, I wrote to them to find out about the fate of the order once again and received information that Yandex, which sent the order back to them, delivered the order to their warehouse on 01/16/26, but the warehouse itself says that there is no parcel. The last time, according to the support operator, the warehouse replied on 30.01.26 that they did not have an order. That is, within 20 days, the IMpost warehouse cannot find the parcel at home. We have now received a message that, in fact, Yandex's delivery statuses do not always correspond to reality, and for 20 days they have not been searching for an order, but have been trying to wait for a response from Yandex.The delivery status of the parcel is LO-752970360 (an internal number in communication with Yandex). There is no other way to contact the company except through a chatbot. I'm just starting work with Yandex today. Therefore, to attract attention and search for my parcel, I am writing this text. 05.02.26 Discussed all issues with Yandex Delivery. Many thanks to them for their quick response. But unfortunately, they wrote that in their system the package is displayed as delivered by IMpos. Next, it's up to them. On 13.02, Yandex sent an APP on 06.02 about the transfer of the parcel to impost on 23.01.26. I shared this important knowledge with impost and they assured me that they would definitely check everything. Well. I keep writing to them every 2 days, their operators keep convincing me that they have sent a request to the warehouse. The warehouse has never responded. They say it's loaded. Sadly.
