We had a lovely stay at the Ibis hotel in Aktobe, while traveling from the United States. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager, Dariya, and it was such a pleasant experience. Dariya and the front desk staff explained everything clearly and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is excellent. The hotel is located right across the street from the biggest shopping mall in the city - Keruen, where you can go shopping and buy anything you need at the supermarket. We stayed on the second floor and booked two rooms. Both rooms had a great view of the city and a balcony. The rooms were equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kettle, water bottles, and other essentials. The rooms were clean, and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing. We were warmly greeted by Diana, who works in the breakfast area. She was very kind and always ready to help. Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help at any time. There is also a nice place to enjoy coffee during the day, both inside and outside the hotel. Again, the location is wonderful, and it’s easy to get anywhere in the city from here. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. This will definitely be our place whenever we visit!!!
