I have been to this hotel 4 times. The food is normal, the staff is very nice, the area is cozy and tidy. The rooms are cleaned normally every day. The rooms themselves are so-so, in a good way - repairs are needed. The furniture in the rooms is very "tired". The beach is great!!! There are not very many mosquitoes. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, a rum, cigar and coffee shop (well, they are everywhere there), jet ski and motorcycle rental. There is also a dolphinarium nearby and a camel grazes outside the territory.))) I will come there again.

A wonderful hotel in its category. The rooms are large and comfortable, the hair dryer and iron work well, there is always hot water, daily cleaning is no problem. Very well maintained and beautiful territory of the hotel, the beach is excellent. There are several bars, there is a night bar and a snack bar too. The food is good, everything is fresh and quite varied. The animation runs from 10 a.m. to night (lunch and dinner breaks).

My first time in beautiful Cuba! I chose the hotel in order to enjoy the ocean and beach holidays. According to the reviews, I have already realized what difficulties I may face in Cuba as a whole. The Iberostar Tainos Hotel has fulfilled my expectations. Now in order))): 1) The food is very tasty, varied, and there is a large selection. There are no long queues in the restaurant, which I have seen in other hotel reviews. The only negative is cockroaches, sometimes they crawl out and spoil your appetite. But I think this is some kind of general problem in Cuba. 2) The room was in the main building, spacious with a balcony and a view of the restaurant. The plumbing is old, but everything worked fine for me. Mattresses and pillows should be replaced, they have already outlived their usefulness. At the same time, it was comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner was working, but I didn't need it (it was cool weather). It seemed to me that it should be cleaned. 3) The room was cleaned daily, but if you need to change towels or bed linen, then all this should be put on the floor. There is no toilet brush))). Two large glass bottles of water are refilled daily in the room. 4) The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone says hello and smiles)), nice to meet you. They speak Spanish, know a few words in Russian and a little more in English. 5) there is animation for children during the day, dancing, exercise, rum tasting for adults. In the evening, there will be a show, a disco, or live music. Every day. 6) Location - far from the city center. You can take a taxi ($10) or a bus ($5) for one ticket for the whole day. You can walk to the cave and a large cactus (2 km and 5 km). 7) And of course the ocean!!! It's beautiful!!!! In good weather, I spent all my time at the ocean. This is love! P.S. the alcohol is good in the hotel)) and the territory of the hotel is very beautiful, picturesque, all in greenery. I definitely recommend the hotel!
