We traveled with two children. We have booked a family room. The room is smoky, the carpet is in terrible condition (there are holes in some places), the view from the window to the neighboring balcony where various plastic bottles are piled (there is no access to ventilate). They asked for another number. They offered two double rooms with an additional charge. The breakfast is Chinese... so-so. If you don't have time, they won't even give you a tea bag. There are no Russian speakers (even fluent). Among the advantages: fresh towels, clean bed linen, room cleaning every day.

This is trash, not a hotel, smoky rooms, everything stinks of tobacco, even if the windows were opened, there are simply no Russian or English speakers at the reception, breakfasts are scarce, mushrooms grow in the bathrooms, this is not a joke, in general, sadness
