04/17/2026 there was a slow service! It would seem that there were only 11 people on the electronic queue coupons. About 20-25 minutes. But in the end, almost an hour passed from the moment of the ticket at the checkout to the moment of delivery!!! Why is there only 1 treatment room open in the morning and 1 registration operator working almost all the time?!! The second one kept running somewhere. And plus, they also came along the preferential queue with children, or some kind of coupon V got stuck! The horror! Instead of the usual 10-15 minutes, I had to spend 1 hour!

Qualified and courteous staff, the results arrive fairly quickly. I took my grandmother there twice. The first time there were almost no people, we didn't have to wait at all, and the second time we probably came at the busiest time. But I still had to wait only 15 minutes. They receive patients very quickly. Yes, and for money it is acceptable. If you value your time, I recommend it. Oh, and they also give you a coupon for free coffee. It's a small thing, but it's nice)

I stood in line for 50 minutes, as there is only one registrar working! I understand it's rush hour, so put another receptionist in, add nurses! The main queue hardly moves, as out-of-hours people (pregnant women, children, etc.) are constantly approaching. There's only one nurse, too, and she has to serve people in two rooms at once, both 1 and 2. I'm just shocked! There are only two employees in the entire laboratory during rush hour! Well, this is not a state polyclinic to have such a waiting time!
