I contacted the company to clean the studio apartment after the renovation of the bathroom and bathroom. There was a lot of dust in the apartment, despite the fact that all the furniture in the room, kitchen and hallway was covered with film, but the dust also seeped under the film: it was everywhere: on wallpaper, cabinets, sofas, appliances, ceiling, lamps, as during the renovation all the tiles were cut right in the room. I would like to mention the manager Victoria right away, who accepted my order and accompanied him on the phone all the time. She was very polite, told me everything, answered all my questions and helped me choose a convenient time for cleaning. The cleaning staff arrived at exactly the agreed time, the entire apartment was cleaned faster than I expected, and they called me in advance so that I could come and take the job. We did everything efficiently, the apartment is as good as new. They are very pleasant to talk to, and real professionals in their field: manager Victor and cleaners Larisa and Evgeny. I would also like to note that there is no need to make any prepayment, payment is made by wire transfer after cleaning and departure of employees. They just send you a link to your bank account. The amount agreed upon during the order does not change. This also means that this company is fully confident in the professionalism of its employees. I recommend this company to everyone!!!

I called this organization about carpet cleaning. I said I'd bring it myself. I was given a different address to bring and a phone number to call. It turns out to be a factory. But two people (wife and child) are not allowed to enter the factory. Then they said that as soon as you arrive, someone will come out to meet you and guide you (not help, but guide). Customer orientation is 0.
