Lack of data capture: during the discussion, the manager did not write anything down, which is why she asked the same thing three times. Calculation errors and confusion: after two days of waiting, I was sent miscalculations with images that we hadn't discussed at all. One of the options was completely "taken from the ceiling" with the argument that he was allegedly sent earlier, although this is not in the correspondence.
