This gym has terrible customer service. Keep all your receipts and track your visits carefully — they manipulate the visit count during refund requests and try to charge you unfairly. The facility is small, poorly ventilated, and often has issues with hot water. The personal training sessions are unprofessional and not worth the money. I strongly advise against joining this gym. There are far better options where you’re treated with honesty and respect.
