Desserts and coffees are very nice, however reason behind for my lower rating is due to the management and customer service , very poor and judgemental. I have went out for evening walk and sweet treat with my family dressed casually. We have been ignored, I have asked for the receipt and they have asked me to go downstairs and pay when other tables has been getting service to the table. We have ordered ice creams. They inform us to go down and get the ice cream ourselves. I have come to notice, with other tables yet again they have taken the order and brought it in themselves.

Gootto in Samarkand is perfect! It is very clean and the ambient music / lighting also great. Meals abd deinks are very high standart

The pizza looked great, but it was stone cold. The staff threw one slice away and reheated the rest of the puzza. I ended up paying full price for a partial puzza. No discount offered. It's a shame as the restaurant has a nice ambience and good menu. They just need to cook the foof properly.
