I constantly buy all kinds of jokes for the dog in this zoo (goodies, toys, food, etc.). The store itself has a good and varied selection. When they came with the Shetland Shepherd, the sellers always behaved very nicely and politely, they can treat you to a delicious treat and this is a very pleasant bonus for the dog :D The prices are small, conditionally pet cleaning bags are several times cheaper than any "Arrows". I want to say a special thanks for the beautiful rat "Chumka"). After a long selection, they helped me decide on the rat, discussed everything + and -, politely and carefully, also did not impose goods, helped me choose everything necessary for the rat for the first time. This shows the expertise of the staff. I also want to note that the rats are separated by gender (this is a very important point!) and are kept in much better conditions than in some zoo (they have houses, yummy treats, and ladders). P.S. : The rat made great friends with the dog, which clearly indicates the attitude of this zoo to animals, because she is very tame and playful (especially when compared with the sad "Nature"). Healthy, weighs 120g, for a rat of her age, that's the thing. Thank you for your work and good attitude towards customers!

The next day, they called back from the store and said that there was one thing missing, whether I would wait until they brought it from the importer. Well ok. I said I'd be waiting. A day later, they called again and said that this position would not be available and the entire order needed to be canceled, as the order amount was now not enough for delivery. As a result, I was left without the necessary purchases, although I could have bought at another store, also with discounts. Now you need to either buy at full cost or not buy at all. the service is good, but we encountered a slight misunderstanding. They took two rats and suggested that they were two boy brothers. and after a couple of months, one of our boys brought offspring in the form of 9 granddaughters, as a surprise to us. which caused some difficulties :(
