Отличный отель, после реновации, все новенькое, еды хватает на любой вкус. Персонал говорит на русском. Мы были приятно удивлены, для 4 звезд супер!

We had a rest in May 2026. Judging by the reviews from 2025, the hotel has been hastily improved for the 2026 season. With the help of drywall, acrylic paint, new furniture and some decorative elements, it was really possible to refresh the interior, although it turned out to be somewhat gray-standard. The tour was taken on wildberries, almost at random, because there were no recent relevant reviews. They believed the description. Despite the fact that we arrived earlier, at 11, we checked in immediately without any problems, at no additional cost. They gave me a shopper with the fan & san logo as a gift, which was very pleasant. They helped me get my bags to my room and showed me everything. The room was located in an attic with a sloping ceiling. The view from the window was very cool, overlooking the pool, the sea and the mountains. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet street with endless flowers - such beauty blows the roof off. The hotel has its own beach, but in general it is not so important, because there was much more space than was needed for vacationers. However, we were in the middle of May. Perhaps there will be more tourists in the summer. The food at the hotel was normal. Enough to eat comfortably, with a pretty decent selection of dishes. Separately, I would like to note the variety of greens and dairy products - various yogurts, gels, cottage cheese, etc. It's very valuable. I liked the pancakes for breakfast in the barbecue area. I don't know about alcohol, we don't drink it. Cleaning almost several times a day. They scrub everything all the time. Very clean. According to the totality of all indicators and the quality of food, the hotel is 4 with a minus. I will list all the identified disadvantages below.: There was no table tennis, although it was mentioned in the description of the tour. The only activities are billiards in the basement and darts without darts, and that's it. There were no balls or water pistols in the pool. All this appeared only on the last day of our vacation. There is no indoor pool, which, again, was announced on the tour. The outdoor pool is cold, meaning it is not heated. I thought the point of the pool was to replace the sea while it was still cold. But no. The water was heated from the sun, and this was clearly not enough. As a result, I didn't particularly want to get into it, and there were practically no people there all day. There is no hygienic shower in the toilet. In 2026, this is practically the standard for normal hotels. Judging by the photos from previous years, the toilets were not included in the renovation program. Consequently, these pipes, from which water flows, also remained, and how to use them is not particularly clear. I had to use a regular shower as a hygienic one. There are no dressing gowns. At the reception, we were told that they were not included in the hotel concept. In a 4-star hotel, there are no bathrobes in the concept - nonsense. Ancient TVs in rooms that don't understand flash drives and that don't have HDMI. What are they for? For show? If there were no means to replace them, then at least they would be equipped with the simplest android consoles. The watering can of the soul siphons in all directions. This is a kind of scourge of Turkish (and not only) hotels. Is it really some kind of super expense to buy watering cans for $ 4 apiece, which will pour straight, and not in all directions? Without buttons and modes, but just with a normal separator. It's always been a mystery to me. There is no water cooler on the floor, and the water in the room is not reported. Accordingly, it was unclear how to fill the kettle in the room. I had to chase the bottles of water to the refrigerator by the bar myself. The safe wasn't working, even though it was advertised as free. They said at the reception that they had some kind of setup and they weren't working for anyone. The door to the lower lock did not close, because the counter part of the lock was displaced and the tongue did not fit into the groove. There is only one elevator in the hotel, which is objectively not enough. There weren't many, even when we first checked in and the hotel hadn't started operating at full capacity yet. And it also works according to some strange logic, collecting everyone on the way up, and not on the way down, as in all elevators. It also creaks terribly. For a couple of days, I didn't open the doors in the basement at all. Let's go over the nutrition. There are no southern fruits - in the first few days they were given medlars, they were the only ones who were saved. In addition, they provided, one might say, a standard set that can also be purchased at the magnet: apples, peaches, apricots, watermelons, melons, oranges. All this had practically no taste and did not cause a desire to eat it. There were no grapes, bananas, kiwis, or pineapples. Every day, only the fruits mentioned above, without variations. Baklava and some kind of local pastries were only occasionally available. The first 2 days and the last two days. In between, there were some cream desserts in the style of cheap cakes, or dry biscuits. The Bakery store was even completely demolished a couple of times (I'll attach it to the photo), and there was also no one from the staff there all the time, so, apparently, it was necessary to get desserts out of the refrigerator yourself. They smoke in the dining room. Smoking is not prohibited, but even encouraged - there are ashtrays on the tables. We smoked several times right at the next table, right while we were having lunch. I had to sit down. They almost always do not bring appliances. Only 30% of the tables were set outside, and the rest had no appliances. And if you want to sit down to eat further away, carry the dishes either yourself or catch the waiters. They themselves do not see that you are without appliances and napkins. There is no toaster in the bread section. Moreover, there are a lot of bags of bread for toasts of various types, but there is no toaster. At first, there was a toaster, but it was jamming the bread and wasn't working properly. Then it was removed and nothing was put in place. Is a toaster for 2-3 posts really some kind of expensive equipment? Fish of the same species during the entire vacation. The fitness room has no air conditioning and almost no equipment. Just a treadmill, a couple of benches, dumbbells with a maximum weight of 15 kg and that's it. After 20 minutes of running on the track, I was running all over and there was nothing I could do about it. Washing is very expensive. Underpants for $2 and so on upward. Why can't you just put a price by weight, and that's it? Above, I listed the disadvantages that did not overshadow the rest and did not turn it into a nightmare, just a little annoying. Would I go to this hotel again? Yes.
