1. Subscriptions: individual gym, group, and yoga subscriptions. In fact, to go to the gym, you need 3 subscriptions for Pilates and yoga. Personally, I didn't have enough time to work out complex subscriptions. 2. The gym is clean, the equipment is brand new, "not beaten up." There are enough simulators for a full-fledged workout; 3. There is a cardio zone: 3 treadmills, 1 stepper, 1 ellipse. 4. I didn't have enough dumbbells: for example, I needed a weight of 12 kg. But there were either 10 kg or 15 kg at once. 5. Almost everything in the hall is black, and for example (as in the photo) you can't see the black blocks on a black shelf against a black wall. 6. Very good music! That's the moment when you're not afraid to forget your headphones. 7. The women's locker room has 2 showers, a clean wardrobe, hygiene supplies, and a hairdryer 8. There is no printed schedule for the current week at the reception and there is no QR code on Instagram. The administrator said that the schedule is in the Insta, and I need to find the account myself, I will enter the word "format" in the search. Set a QR code or at least write your account login 9. There is no Wi-Fi. I studied online on mobile Internet, through roaming. I would be willing to pay extra for Wi-Fi to avoid roaming charges, but there is no Internet in the gym at all. Work out the issue of Wi-Fi for visitors 10. There is a good selection of sports at the reception.power supply. I would like to be able to buy 1 serving of protein/gainer in a cup. I was in the gym the other day, and only positive emotions remained. It was fresh, considering that it was 27 degrees outside. It can be seen that industrial ventilation equipment has been installed. Clean, super comfortable due to the high ceilings and large windows 🔥 I am glad that there is a bar and various sports nutrition, delicious treats - well, it's just 🤤🤤🤤 It 's a godsend for our area , it 's unnecessary to go to the center now . 🤙🏽

The friend below was talking about the showers, saying they were dirty. Well, I disagree here. The showers are clean, there is no hair. I'm a pretty squeamish person, and I'm comfortable washing.

Very nice room, clean and pleasant staff. But it didn't seem a bit small to me, but it shouldn't be a problem. A huge plus is the location, as the rest of the halls are quite far from this area. The staff helped me solve my problem and met me halfway, for which I am very grateful to them.

The gym is great. Very atmospheric, spacious. For any requests. The interior has been thought out to the smallest detail, with a separate bonus for the locker room and showers. Individual training sessions, drawing up a detailed plan, online support. Special thanks to the administrator Victoria - always positive, will answer any questions, will offer options. I explained in great detail which programs might be suitable for my requests. Great location. A couple of minutes from the main transport interchanges of Kovalevka.

Beautiful gym, good location, two large parking lots and several public transport stops nearby. Plenty of space, you don't have to crowd and queue for exercise equipment. The simulators are all new and comfortable, everything can be adjusted to your height. There's plenty of room in the locker rooms, too, and there's plenty of room to turn around. Snacks and drinks can be purchased at the reception at an adequate price. The staff is very polite and pleasant, they will show and prompt everything. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The worst place I've ever been. I am a professional athlete, a master of athletics, and I understand a lot about gyms. Let's take it in order. 1. There is no air conditioner at all, I was just dying there with my son. 2. Further showers, special thanks to super unsanitary conditions. I've never seen anything like this before. Dirt hair is just a mess. 3. The treadmills of the last century overheated almost immediately. It's a very small room. 4. Very unfriendly reception staff is rude. In short, I don't recommend it because you can get a fungus there.
