1. Subscriptions: individual gym, group, and yoga subscriptions. In fact, to go to the gym, you need 3 subscriptions for Pilates and yoga. Personally, I didn't have enough time to work out complex subscriptions. 2. The gym is clean, the equipment is brand new, "not beaten up." There are enough simulators for a full-fledged workout; 3. There is a cardio zone: 3 treadmills, 1 stepper, 1 ellipse. 4. I didn't have enough dumbbells: for example, I needed a weight of 12 kg. But there were either 10 kg or 15 kg at once. 5. Almost everything in the hall is black, and for example (as in the photo) you can't see the black blocks on a black shelf against a black wall. 6. Very good music! That's the moment when you're not afraid to forget your headphones. 7. The women's locker room has 2 showers, a clean wardrobe, hygiene supplies, and a hairdryer 8. There is no printed schedule for the current week at the reception and there is no QR code on Instagram. There is no Wi-Fi. I studied online on mobile Internet, through roaming. I would be willing to pay extra for Wi-Fi to avoid roaming charges, but there is no Internet in the gym at all. A great hall and its location, for those from Yuzhny and Kovalevka, this place is a godsend) I really liked the strength and fitness range , the place for crossfit , and most importantly, there is a boiler in the gym , hot water has always been and will always be, not all gyms in Brest can boast of this!
