The seller, Anna Pivovar, forbade taking the product that was in the sales area — the cactus-flavored Yattis ice cream. She argued that she had kept it for herself, although there were about 10-15 packs of this ice cream in the refrigerator. In addition, Anna showed a disrespectful attitude when dealing with customers. When one of the girls did buy this ice cream, she ran out of the store after her, leaving her workplace (cashier) and a long queue. Probably, the people in the queue were not happy with this behavior either. Anna shouted loudly to almost the entire mall that it was her ice cream that was bought, although she herself counted on these customers who bought "her ice cream." I ask you to take action, as Anna Pivovar has been systematically rude to customers.

In addition, I was surprised that you can't pay in cash at the store and withdraw the rest from the card. This looks like an outdated practice for a modern store. Anna's rudeness in communication was maximum, and it was extremely uncomfortable to be in the store in such an environment. I hope the store management will pay attention to the level of service and take measures to improve the situation.
