There are no problems with understanding Russian-English. They accept local currency, dollars and euros. The change will be given in your currency. We gave $ 18: 12 for a lobster 400-450g, but we haggled well, they offered us an average parrot fish and 6 large pink shrimps for 18+, along with cooking. We recommend that you cook/stew with salt/lemon without spices to get a taste. The waiting time is about 30-40 minutes, you can go for a walk, including around the market: everything can be touched, held, videotaped and photographed. The finished products are delivered in a container with foil, cling film and a bag. I definitely recommend visiting it as a tourist attraction in Hurghada. Very tasty.
