I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them. The second one broke down and I had to apply under warranty. The repairs were done, but the communication process was extremely unpleasant. In the sense that an unpleasant aftertaste remains :(That is, when you buy, you are happy. And when you ask a question about a case, they communicate politely, but - go politely, using three well-known letters. Never set foot on them again. I bought new glasses from another company and I don't know any problems :)
