A great option for a holiday in Sukhum! The hosts are very hospitable, they settled in quickly, showed and told everything. The room is clean, there is everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. It is a 15—minute walk to the sea, close to shops and cafes. There is a barbecue and a recreation area in the courtyard, very cozy. Wi‑Fi is good, cleaning is regular. I was very satisfied, I recommend it!

The sea is only 15 minutes away and shops and cafes are not far away! I already want to go back!

I want to leave my feedback to the wonderful owners of the Hacienda. Our stay on the territory began on September 13th. The beginning was not very fun, as there was some kind of mistake in choosing accommodation. We chose one place, but we were brought to another place, our Adgur met us at one o'clock in the morning and did everything so that we would not turn around and look somewhere at night. Since we wanted to live 100 m from the sea, but in the end it was several times 100m). Despite this situation, we had a 100% rest and did not regret at all that everything turned out that way. Adgur is really ours, as this sociable, humorous young man spent almost all our evenings with us, we rested, laughed until tears and stomach cramps. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen together. Yes, they cooked porridge in the mornings and lunches and dinners too. The dishes are all clean, new, without grease, there is something to compare). Adgur became our family, we really left, as if from our relatives with tears in our eyes. I didn't want to leave at all. Adgur helped us in everything, fulfilled all our whims))) And he even took us to Lake Ritsa! The territory of the Fazenda is gorgeous, hazelnuts, persimmons, bay leaves, even watermelon grow. In the photo on September 13 and September 21, when we left. In the rooms, the linen was snow-white, and even if someone was cold, they gave out another blanket. The room has everything, a refrigerator, air conditioning and even a hairdryer. There wasn't enough big mirror for us girls, but I think they will improve ;) There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, in the mornings we did exercises at the big basik, for those who care, you are at the right place. The pool is clean and warm, and we haven't seen a blade of grass or a bug in it all these days. I recommend this Fazenda to everyone! Clean, cozy, atmospheric, very soulful, there is enough room for everyone! It's far from the main road, quiet, peaceful, and dust-free. We also got to know the owners of this Fazenda, the guys are just wonderful. We made our evenings more beautiful. They are very sociable guys, always happy to help, prompt, take away, bring, treat, chat, laugh, sing (and we love it), etc. For this, special thanks to them! Thanks to Inalu for his delicious "blanks". May God grant you all health, energy, vigor and prosperity of your FAZENDA! Take care of yourself! And we will not forget you, we will come again.
